Progression from Intern to Engineer
My professional journey began with university assignments that gradually opened doors to internships at leading multinational companies such as FFC, PepsiCo, LESCO, and Unilever. After undergoing multiple interview processes, I secured a role at Nestlé, where I continued to grow both professionally and personally. A major turning point in my career was leading the installation of a solar power project as a Project Engineer, which significantly enhanced my technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Along the way, I navigated challenges such as adapting to industry demands, mastering new technologies, and managing stakeholder expectations. These experiences collectively contributed to building a stable career, continuous skill development, and an expanding professional network.
